Amending Protestant Rights to American Rights
§1 The Protestant Rights Act is hereby amended by striking all of it and inserting the following, which may be titled as "The American Rights Act":
§1 1) Whereas the American Republic loves God, walks with Him, and wishes to continue to be Great;
2) Whereas America is first and foremost God, One who is Christian, Righteous, Loving, and Everlasting;
3) Whereas we believe in, and are firmly aware of, the freedom and equality of all mankind under the Saviorship of our Lord Jesus Christ;
4) Whereas the God of America, our God, is the origin of all that is good, and our country; and also the origin of Religion, which is the duty we owe to Him;
5) Whereas Religion is the guiding force that shapes Culture;
6) Whereas the Behavior that men conduct themselves within is predicated upon Religion, and this Behavior is referred to as Culture; and Culture is the guiding force that shapes Nations;
7) Whereas it is entirely Nationality that shapes a People; and Nations are the guiding force that shape Peoples: Now, therefore, be it
8) Resolved, That America is God, and that the American Republic organization loves our God, Who is God;
a) Resolved, That George Washington delivered the American People from England, and led us to this Promised Land; Washington ascended Mount Vernon, and spoke with God; God, through Jesus Christ, handed the Constitution and the Bill of Rights down to George Washington, who came down and gave it to the People;
b) Resolved, That Americans are God’s chosen People who, through Time, have continued the legacy thereof;
9) Resolved, That Protestant Christianity, or Protestant-based Christianity, and its American manifestation, is the most stunning Religion of them all, and the greatest adherent to the wisdom of Jesus Christ and His Father, the God of America;
a) Resolved, That all men are created equal, having been formed in the Image of an Omnipotent Origin; and therefore share and rejoice in the Blessings of all Rights in such a name;
b) Resolved, That all men consequently and accordingly have a duty to God, the God of America, in order to uphold, bless, rejoice, and enjoy such Image;
10) Resolved, That the Behavior, traditions, and actions of Protestant Christian Americans have grown into an abundance of acts and mannerisms which today form a definitive Culture; this Culture is known as the American Constitution;
a) Resolved, That the Constitution of America shall be both the written and formal Constitution adopted in 1787, as well as the unwritten and various traditions, culture, practices, and formative actions that make America what she is;
11) Resolved, That this Culture forms the Nation of America, which is the United States;
a) Resolved, That the United States is a free and virtuous country;
12) Resolved, That the Nation of the United States forms the Republican People, this People are the prime and only adherents to the Nation of the United States;
a) Resolved, That “Republican” is referring to the form of government with elected representatives;
b) Resolved, That the Republican People unanimously support the following:
i) freedom of speech
ii) right to self-defense, bear arms
iii) pro-truth
iv) prioritization of the US, her citizens, and their well being therein
1) strong borders and immigration policy
2) strong defensive military to protect and to preserve
v) pro-tradition and pro-Christianity basis for American civilization and morality
vi) pro traditional gender roles societally
1) nuclear family and anti-unlimited LGBTQ
2) pro natalist
3) pro life in principal
c) Resolved, That the following be considered important, yet are open to some debate as to means:
i) the degree to pro life vision in contrast to state variances
ii) the degree of economic regulation balancing free and open commerce
1) balancing free and open commerce with protectionism
iii) protecting American business and consumers
1) protecting the American dream
iv) approach to Islamic containment
d) Resolved, That, in particular, the Republican People do—
i) oppose extreme forms of abortion
ii) oppose erosion of immigration laws
iii) actively support deportations of illegals aliens
iv) support the building of a border wall
v) oppose forms of censorship or "hate speech" as sometimes or often justified
vi) oppose experimental sexuality, gender, including transitioning of children
vii) oppose teaching public curriculums that paint America as the villains of history, "more guilty than other nations" to have come before us
viii) oppose significant erosions and ultimately the stripping of 2nd amendment rights
ix) hold negative views of socialism
x) oppose more government control over children in comparison and in lieu) of their parents
xi) hold positive views of traditional Christianity
xii) oppose feminism, especially the upending of traditional gender norms
xiii) oppose DEI-based hiring practices and quotas
xiv) oppose the removal of historical American, Christian symbolism, including monuments, documents, and wording
xv) oppose extreme environmental restrictions on daily life including cars, food, etc
xvi) oppose affirmative action in education
xvii) oppose increases in almost all significant taxes outside of the poverty income bracket
xviii) oppose policy that those in poverty not be required to contribute anything to taxes, and be net drains
xix) support work requirements for welfare and social safety net benefits
xx) oppose use of said benefits for sugary soda drinks
xxi) support voter id
xxii) oppose use of violence as a means of political resistance or readily available tool for political change
13) Resolved, That the God of America, the Religion of Christian America, the Culture of America, the Nation of America, and the People of America, Republicans, all be celebrated as Great, and that we possess the full rights and privileges that the progressive Left has without valor tried to deny us in errant chase of their hatred of the American interest;
14) Resolved, That America shall be put First and shall be put so Forever.
§2 1) Whereas Republicans are the foundation and the driving force of the Blessings of Liberty;
2) Resolved, That Republicans be proclaimed as the Heroes of the World, that we are the makers of our earthly justice and forthrightness, and that we, in unison of the order and companionship of mankind, are the ones who will bring bread to the times;
3) Resolved, That Republican People be recognized as the virtuous, and the most loving and brave, individuals to have conducted upon the Earth and of it; and that the continued disparagement of us by the progressive left and other imbeciles against reason shall be recognized as a disorderly and disgraceful error against the might we have built and the sprawling vocations to which we are devoted.
§3 1) Resolved, That Congress hereby establishes a group known as the Republican Brothers, committed to advancing the interest of Republicans, welcome to all who are Republican, or who wish to become or to be Republican.
§4 1) Resolved, That the Republican Brothers is a Republican nationalist group; and that, consistent with its prominence in our American Republic organization, the American Republic organization at large be recognized as a Republican nationalist organization;
2) Resolved, That this stance of ours is consistent with our other goals, and our core values.
